Aaron Benner — Lead Pastor

Lead pastor at RLMC since 2011; served as Associate Pastor for five years prior. Lives in Richfield with wife Nicole and their three children (Madeline, Lydia, Braden). Enjoys family time, reading, motorcycle riding, camping.

Ryan Maneval — Executive Minister

Grew up in the church; Executive Minister since 2021. Previously held other church roles and worked in construction. Lives in Richfield with wife Ashley and four children. Focused on investing in local and global ministry; enjoys family outdoor activities, hunting, sports, coffee.

Josh Thompson — Pastor of Youth and Young Adults

Actively involved at RLMC since 2019. Lives in Mount Pleasant Mills with wife Malia; focused on developing younger generations. Enjoys gaming, disc golf, friendly competition, community.

Ken Alderfer — Elder/Volunteer Leader

Attending RLMC for over 40 years. Serves as a Sunday greeter and youth ministries volunteer. Lives in McAlisterville with wife Lori; four adult children, five grandchildren. Enjoys metal detecting, hunting, time with grandkids.

Mike Wolf — Elder

Elder since 2023; teaches 5th/6th grade Sunday School. Lives in Flint Valley with wife Denise; two grown sons. Enjoys reading, fishing, traveling.

Bill Troxell — Elder

Elder since 2020 (previously eight years as deacon). Lives in Richfield with wife Cheryl. Involved with AWANA, teaches Sunday School, serves on the Building Committee.

Jim Mast — Elder

Elder since 2020; teaches Sunday School. Lives in Middleburg with wife Christine; five grown children, three grandsons. Enjoys reading, movies, family time.

Jeff Leitzel — Elder

Lifelong RLMC attendee. Assists with Sunday School (Young Married class) and the Missions Pizza Ministry. Lives in Richfield with wife Tammy; four adult sons. Enjoys outdoor activities and family time.
